Silver Lode's process consists of the following phases:

Initial Consultation and Design - We love talking about potential projects! We want to find out why you want to build new or remodel and what you hope to accomplish - a better layout, more space, or maybe just a more aesthetically pleasing home. We will also share our process for delivering a successful remodeling or custom home project. If it feels like we're a good fit for each other, we'll move to the next step.

Project Budget and Timeline Development - We work closely with designers and architects to create a beautiful, functional project value engineered to fit your budget. As you develop your project, it will go through a formal estimating phase to develop a budget estimate and project timeline.

Construction - You can be confident that the design you've developed will be constructed with accuracy and quality, on-time and on budget. The Silver Lode team and trusted trade partners are dedicated to turning your dream into a reality while making what can be the most challenging time of a project as smooth as possible. This includes managing all design and architectural professionals, the permitting process, maintaining a clean and safe job site, budgeting, value engineering, construction, and consistent communication throughout the duration of the project.

Communication - Clear communication is critical during each phase of the project. Silver Lode collaborates with clients, design teams, skilled trades, and specialty finish suppliers through each step of your project. A detailed construction timeline will be developed upon budget approval delineating critical paths, and benchmarks, monitored during construction and included in weekly client updates.
